Lords among slaves, the Wardens are charged with keeping their fellow captives in line. To this end, the Priesthood gives them talismans that shield them from the slings and arrows of the mutinous mob.
The Warden's shield will absorb up to five hits, no matter how damaging those hits are. High damaging towers (sniper tower, prism) and spells (space beam) will not pop a fully charged shield in a single shot. Furthermore, when a Warden's shield is still active the Warden cannot be stunned by lightning but may be slowed down by slow towers.
