Recently I was trying to get hold of an image file for an Arach Infernal to put on its information page on this wiki. The email link that was available on the Welcome page for acquiring graphic files was out of date.
Mwtc kindly did a screen shot of the critter and posted it to the page. I thank him for this assistance. Since then I have managed to get access to the original artwork through contact with Wooga Support. I have provided an extract of an email reply I got from them which should help others attempting to do the same in the future;
"Please check this link: https://wooga.helpshift.com/a/crazy-kings/?p=web. Many images (such as enemy images) are available through this link. If you cannot locate what you need through the link or need something else specific, you may contact us just as you did through this email support ticket. That would be the correct method for this type of request."
The email support mentioned above is from support@wooga.net.
My thanks also go to Mismagius Star who assisted me in the process of finding a reliable and official source for image files.

I posed the following question and provided alongside is Ticbits' response.
What provision exists or can you make available presently for requesting graphics file used in the game which can be posted on the CK wiki page?
"Send any gfx request here, or if this email doesn't respond quick enough email me at xxxxxxx".
Gfx contact email is their standard default one at crazykings@ticbits.com. I have removed the second email from this reply as I did not want Niklas being inundated with all and sundry enquiries.
